Every item is handmade by me in Tiptree, Essex.
Do you see something you like but would prefer a different fabric or size? Please get in contact to discuss a bespoke order!
The whole Strawberry Village range has free postage. To ensure delivery for Christmas I will send all orders placed by Saturday 20th December 2025 via 1st Class Royal Mail.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
