Stoneybank Creations

I’m Vicky, the maker behind Stoneybank Creations. I hand-dye cross stitch fabrics in small batches in Scotland, with a focus on gentle colour, texture, and variation.
As a stitcher myself, I create fabrics designed to complement charts and bring stitching projects to life.

Buying from me

All fabrics are hand-dyed by me in small batches using premium Zweigart bases. Each piece is individually dyed, so gentle colour variation is part of the charm. Fabrics are pre-cut and edge-stitched before dyeing. As everything is handmade, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be completed. Orders are carefully packed and posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you have any questions or would like extra photos before buying, just send me a message — I’m always happy to help.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
