All items are packaged up nicely in an organza bag and gift boxed.
I am happy to consider custom orders. :)

If you change your mind about your purchase please contact me within 14 days from the day after you receive your item and we can arrange an exchange or a refund.
For stretch bracelets - The clear stretch cord is super strong, however in the unlikely event of breakage I am happy to repair free if charge up to 1 year after purchase.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
