Hello Susan the tidies arrived yesterday and apologies for slight delay - I can understand your wanting some feedback fairly pronto but just didn't get a chance to get to you. No need to worry they are just lovely. Travelled well and a quick blast of steam all that was needed to freshen them up. Although I love the originals when I saw these I just thought they were exactly what I had in mind when I first approached you and not only have you reduced the size of 'the ears' they are non existent - and no tell tale sign as to how you have achieved this!. I love the fabric, you've found the robins my mum so likes but with a modern twist so they can be christmas but not out of place for everyday. I'll send some pics once I get to the gift wrap stage. Susan, yet again my thanks to you (and your design partner!) as ever you have come up trumps and I know not without a lot of effort on your part to solve the challenges I set (though this is not the intention when I ask.) Hello Susan, As you know I have not yet been disappointed in anything I've bought from you but I have to say this time you have surpassed yourself. The purse is gorgeous. The colour of the clasp complements wonderfully the beautiful fabric and opens wide to make the purse very practical and deceptively spacious and the actual sewing expertly done. I think, no I know, this is my favourite item to date. Thank you very much.

Just arrived Susan and just the ticket. Didn't even have to get the iron out -- had just boiled the kettle and literally a couple of seconds did the trick One made it to the bathroom as originally intended and now holds grips, clippers etc and so much nicer than the small wicker basket I've been using for years. The other could have been used in half a dozen places, so may well come back for more. For now settled on moving some bits and bobs that seem to live permanently on a corner of a table, to a much tidier place with a few extras. Small they may be but they hold a suprising amount. Thank you for bringing my vague ideas to life so wonderfully. Service as ever better than first class if there is such a thing. Will send a couple of photos later. Thanks a million. Jan

Hello Susan, I know this is a bit upside down as the bags aren't actually here yet but I wanted to thank you specifically for all the time,effort and care you have put in to understand what I wanted, even when I don't think I'd gone beyond 'four bags.' Hello Susan, I love the two storage boxes which arrived safely this afternoon, but if they are a regular feature in your shop i will certainly be back for more; potentially loads of uses now I see them in the flesh so to speak, but a lovely, unusual - and easy to post - gift. I am delighted. These will go in my long awaited and recently refitted bathroom. Thank you for the instructions in your email about care etc and the lavender bag a lovely unexpected touch. Very, very pleased with my purchase. This is my third lavender pillow from Susan's shop. They leave everything in the drawers gorgeously fragranced. I now have them in my Divan drawers and for my woollen accessories.
The pillows are extremely well made and the best part is that they hand made and not mass produced.
Susan is an absolute pleasure to deal with and answered all my emails very quickly. I purchased the lavender pillow on Friday evening and it arrived Monday afternoon.
I would happily recommend Susan's products. I will be back for more in the future to fragrance my other drawers.
