Buying from me

Each piece is individually handcrafted by me, packaged by me and posted by me. Orders can usually be sent out on the day they are placed, but please allow up to 3 days for dispatch.
I work with silver clay - the most incredibly versatile medium for creating jewellery. I enjoy experimenting and trying new designs. No two pieces will ever be identical due to the methods used in creating them.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
