Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

This is a lovely lidded basket, just a nice size for my bathroom counter top. It’s sturdy and keeps its shape well and the lid doesn’t collapse in. The button adds a nice little detail. The range of colours available is extensive which means the basket is made to order so obviously it takes a bit longer to arrive as it’s not “off the shelf” but it came sooner than I expected so that was great. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend. Thanks Aga!
