Buying from me
All my jewellery is lovingly handmade in my studio in Krowji creative space, my silver comes from the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham and my gemstones are from Hatton Garden in London. Most pieces are ready within a couple of days, some pieces take longer as they need to be sent to London Assay Office for hallmarking as I don't keep them in stock for my market stall or open studios.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Beautiful jeweller, just as it looked on-line. I really like that they give very specific measurements in the online details so that you know the size of the jewellery you're ordering as I've been caught out before with receiving items which were either too big or too small. So pleased with the beautifully made jewellery. Thank you!
