Buying from me

All my jewellery is handmade using the finest materials. Made to measure/order jewellery will be shipped within 7 working days, all other items within 3 working days.

All my jewellery is sent in pretty presentation boxes or bags, making each item the perfect gift.

I use Royal Mail First Class postage for all items - charges vary from £1.50 to £3.00 and are dependant on the value and/or weight of the item.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Unless an item is being returned because it was received damaged or it proved faulty in use, then the cost of returning the item to me is met by the customer.
