I am happy to take on custom orders that are similar to what I have listed - please contact me with your request. Lead times will depend on the project.

I have listed 5 days for shipping on my page, but will aim to post orders earlier if possible.

Please note that all UK parcels will be sent "Signed for" for security, and prices I quote reflect this.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please also note that earrings, unless faulty, are non-refundable - this is for hygiene reasons
