Buying from me

I gift wrap items with tissue paper, ribbon & an organza bag so that it's ready to be given as a present, & I do so very carefully so that if you're buying it for someone else you can have a look & then rewrap it.

Items are normally posted the day after purchase by First Class Signed For, Royal Mail & should arrive within 1-3 days.

I do on occasion reuse outer packaging (i.e. the envelope) in a small attempt to help the environment & keep prices down, but all other materials are new.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
