Here are some things just listed by other crafters and sellers on Folksy.
Thank you for looking at my shop. I've been making silver jewellery for over 16 years; I started taking a silversmithing course and fell in love very quickly.
I live in the Kent, close to the sea and even closer to the countryside, and I find that the nature that surrounds me influences my jewellery designs.
Although silver itself is my first love, I sometimes like to introduce elements of gemstone and glass beads, and experiment with copper, gold, polymer clay and precious metal clay.
Almost everything I create in silver is handmade by me and so, by the nature of that, everything is unique. Working in silver is labour intensive and can be difficult, and messy, work but the results are, I hope, worth the effort.
I have a blog - http://silvermoss.blogspot.co.uk/ - where I write about jewellery and blogging, and do a few jewellery book reviews.
I hope you like what you see in my shop. Thank you for reading.
Terms and Conditions
~ Payment is taken via Paypal, or credit card via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card).
~ It is greatly appreciated if you pay when completing checkout through Folksy. If you can't pay straight away then dropping me a message letting me know is really helpful.
~ All items are wrapped in tissue paper, and a organza gift bag, or a cardboard gift box, then carefully packaged for posting
~ I do on occasion reuse outer packaging (i.e. the envelope); a small attempt to help the environment and keep prices down.
~ Please note: All items are sent First Class Signed For, which means proof of postage is gained and a signature is needed on receipt of the parcel.
~ If you would like an item sent Special Delivery to guarantee you receive it the next day after posting, then please contact me and I can arrange it for extra cost to cover Post Office prices. Many thanks.
~ I always aim to dispatch the day after purchase, once payment has cleared, and will contact you when I receive your order and when your purchase has been dispatched, so you know it's on its way.
~ UK orders should arrive within within 2-5 days of dispatch, although it could take longer. Airmail to Europe should arrive within within five working days of dispatch. For the rest of the world items should take five to seven working days after dispatch, although it may well take longer. All these timings are approximate and are estimates from the Royal Mail, so please be patient in the event of unforeseen postal delays, and do get in touch if you have not received your parcel so I know what is happening.
~ If an item is damaged in the post, then please inform me as soon as possible.
~ If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then please contact me within 7 days to resolve your problem.
~ If you wish to return an item then item cost will be refunded, but not postage and packaging costs, once the item is back with me.
~ Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in unworn and unused condition and the buyer must meet postage costs of safely returning the item.
~ If an item has been made to a commission, then it cannot be returned.
~ Please note, for reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned.
Please do contact me after purchase to give any feedback or just to say what you think of your jewellery - I'd love to hear from you!
