Hello and welcome to Sew Faux Pretty Bags.

My name is Julia and I have been dipping in and out of different crafts for many years.

My latest crafting passion, aside from knitting for the Grandchildren, is making beautiful individual bags.

Every item in my shop is hand made by me and my trusty sewing machine Jonty. (Everybody names their Sewing Machine don't they?)

I have spent the last year collecting Beautiful Patterns from wonderful Designers, sourcing materials (which I have to admit has turned into a bit of an addiction) and creating bags of many styles and colour.

All my bags are individual and will be different from any other, so I hope you love my bags as much as I love making them.
