Buying from me

For those with allergies, please note that the items I sell are made in a home shared with a non-moulting dog and a cat who likes to sit on whatever anyone is concentrating on.

I will touch base with you once you've made an order and ship your items within three business days (unless I'm on holiday). All items are gift-wrapped in eco-friendly packaging and posted by Royal Mail Signed For Second Class.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
