Buying from me
You can expect unique, handmade items that have been designed and made by myself at my home in Cheshire. I often create items to order and always list with free postage. I take care to present items well and package things securely. If an item is in stock, shipping times are 1-2 days. Custom orders may take longer. I look forward to receive your orders!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
