Hello. Violet May Jewellery is situated in the town of Belper Derbyshire.
Specialising in jewellery handcrafted from Argentium sterling silver and glass. Sarah of Violet May includes her own lampwork beads in her designs and will soon be working on some pieces that will incorporate kiln formed glass.
Sarah cannot wear traditional sterling silver therefore particularly likes working with Argentium as it is hypoallergenic and causes her no reaction. Oh, and it has a higher silver content too!
And the name? Violet May was the name of her much loved Bristol gran X

Argentium is made from recycled silver, it is hypoallergenic and has a higher silver content and tarnish resistance to traditional sterling silver.
