Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please make me aware of any returns or issues with 14 days of receiving your purchase. I want to make sure you receive great customer service from me so please feel free to reach out to me and I’ll do my best to help. Also I do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons unless there is a fault with them. Please also note unless the product is faulty the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
