Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Returns- You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that: -The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition -It is returned in its original packaging -You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) Non-Returnable Items- -For hygiene and customisation reasons, we cannot accept returns on: -Earrings (unless faulty) -Personalised or custom-made pieces -Sale or clearance items (unless faulty) Faulty or Damaged Items- -If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible. -A repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the issue Please note: -Customers are responsible for return shipping costs -We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
