We expect between 5-10 business days to ship out an item, sometimes less, sometimes more.
Nothing is shipped out if we would not be happy to keep it ourselves (Sometimes it is)

Each and every item that we produce has a lifetime guarentee, my lifetime, or Roll Mightys whichever is longest, and if your descendants ever have an issue, each item is designed to be easily repairable, so it's a win-win-win.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
