Buying from me
I have some ready made one of a kind items which are ready to post. I also have some made to order items which will take approx 3-5 days to create. I refuse to sell items of a poor quality, so I prefer to take a little extra time to ensure that both the customer and I will be happy with the finished product.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
