All the items we create are hand crafted and completely unique.
We are happy to take commissions and make up bespoke orders to your specifications.
Postage and delivery on bespoke commissions will be discussed at point of sale due to some items taking longer to make than others.
Stock items will be posted between 3-5 days using Royal Mail standard postal services. Proof of postage is always retained and tracking will be provided where possible.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
