Hello! My name is Rebecca, I live on the East coast of England with my fiancé and two young children. I am a teacher during the day and calligraphy artist by night! I have always been fascinated with handwriting and have always enjoyed writing since being very young, particularly with lovely fountain or ink pens!
I started to practise calligraphy in 2020 during the pandemic and periods of lockdown. It was such a mindful activity that took me away from the stresses of being a mum locked in the house with a toddler!
Earlier this year I decided to take the next big leap by creating social media accounts to share and begin to sell my calligraphy creations and Rebecca Writes Calligraphy was born.
