The Art of Wildlife

Hello and welcome to Rachel’s wildlife.

My name is Rachel Standley and I live a small village called Worle just outside Weston-super-Mare.

I started my working life as a wildlife animal carer at a centre in Somerset.
Unfortunately in 2018 I became critically ill with an infection that caused pneumonia and sepsis.
After a year long recovery I discovered that painting and crafting was a great help to me, and that’s when Rachel’s Wildlife was created.

I have always loved wildlife, photography and digital art, so when recently I was lucky enough to get the use of a laser cutter I started to use my skills to design and make my own products.

I am working towards expanding my catalogue of products and increase the difficulty of my puzzles as my experience grows.
