Buying from me
All of my designs are drawn by hand and most using good old retro pen and paper... My products range from stickers, jewellery, colouring books and greetings cards to upcycled retro homewear. I also draw custom pieces, so if you have a deep seated love for your husband, hamster or home and want a reminder of how unique they are get in touch!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I hope that you will love any item that is purchased from my shop and I that never need to refund or exchange any item, but should you need to please do contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will always do my best to solve any issues.
I will exchange or refund any items that arrive damaged or defective due to a mistake on my part. In the event of damages and losses in the delivery process you can claim up to £20 compensation directly from Royal Mail. Order cancellations and refunds on unwanted items will only be given in extreme circumstances and when the original product is returned unused and in the original packaging.
If returning a product to us please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us.
