Buying from me
Welcome to my shop! I create handmade crochet and knitted items from my smoke-free home in County Durham.
All items are posted securely via Royal Mail. I aim to wrap your package and drop it off at the post box within 2–3 working day. I cannot offer exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or you have any issues, please message me through Folksy and I will gladly help sort it out!

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
