Buying from me

Quercus Silver is hand-crafted by me, Su Trindle. My workshop is at Bath Artists' Studios, home to 60 artists and makers in the heart of the Georgian city of Bath.

I work in sterling silver and polyester resin adding hand-ground pigments to create rich, deep colours.

I welcome custom orders: My jewellery can be made in many colours, for example, cufflinks made to match your wedding theme make a great gift for the groom and ushers. Made to order items will take 7 - 10 working days.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
