Lots of tea cake and the occasional sneaky glass of wine ,keep me company while crafting

I have been crocheting for about 50 years ever since I was taught by a family friend.
Since 2019 however I have taken it more seriously and since moving to Pleasant Cottage have found the cosy feel very conducive to crafting . I also sew which is a more recent hobby
I love the slow made nature and find inspiration from the wonderful colours of wool available now. Hence a large stash to work with.
Sitting with a cuppa in my little sewing room overlooking the garden or snuggling up on the sofa in front of the fire gives me a lovely warm feeling and is very calming in today’s hectic life.
