Custom orders are more than welcome, if its not in my shop, contact me and i will make a custom listing for you.
During the Covid-19 time, I am creating daily and posting once a week until restrictions are lifted. My personalised handmade cards take up to a week to make and my needle felted cuties up to 14 days.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
