Hello and welcome to my Folksy page

My name is Paula and from a very young age I have always loved being creative. Taught by my wonderful Mum, I was able knit, crochet and sew before I could write. Since then, throughout my life, I have enjoyed making all manner of things, whether it be clothing, cushion covers, scarves, beds for my cats or more bizarrely pockets for inside my husband's gilder made from a charity shop handbag!

I am currently taking a break from working to help care for my elderly parents and just by chance fell upon the joys of crafting with clay, pressing and drying flowers, most of which come from my own garden and then preserving their beauty in resin. As for resin art, WOW, the possibilities are endless and gives me another totally new creative dimension to explore. I have found all of this to be a wonderful way to learn something new and exciting that, when I have the time, also means that I can get totally immersed in.
