Very disappointed with this item. The iPhone cover in the picture looks brown with a brown back. The one I received was blue with a cream back and made from very supple leather as opposed to hard substantial leather which seemed to be represented in the photo. I contacted seller and was told the photo is blue but I could have a brown cover if required. I would suggest if the picture is different to the item which is to be sent to the customer,this should be made clear on the Folksy page. I contacted the seller twice this week and received no reply and in the end had to ask Folksy to contact the seller on my behalf to request a refund for the item and the p&p to return the item. Not impressed at all in terms of both the item and the customer service.
