Buying from me

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. All orders are sent 2nd Class Royal Mail, unless your order is over £20, in which by your order will be sent 2nd Class signed for.
I aim to be as eco friendly as possible and sometimes I may reuse packaging, but you’ll still find your gift in tip top condition.
All items are handmade by me down in my little summerhouse at the bottom of my West Sussex garden.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
