I love to create and have never met a craft that I haven't fallen in love with over the years.

My mom was the most creative person I have ever met - the woman was a walking craft encyclopaedia and she taught me everything I know. Some of my best memories involve the two of us, a couple of spinning wheels and a borderline unhealthy amount of coffee and chocolate!

I have been spinning for 12 years now and I think I am even more obsessed with it now than I was when I first started.

I started my business last year in July as a knitwear and crochet designer, however my focus has gradually moved almost completely over to spinning and blending fibre now - I still knit and crochet for pleasure, but I am not so focused on designing for anyone other than myself, my friends and my family now.

Myself, Mr OMG and our mischievous tuxedo cat, Tux live a relatively quiet life. We are all home bodies with the exception of live music and festivals and that is exactly how we like it.

Mr OMG is just as dedicated, if not more dedicated that I am to my little business and can often be found right next to me manning my table at craft markets while Mabel (my Ashford Traveller spinning wheel - yes I have named all of my spinning wheels and some of my drop spindles too) and I spin away in front of my stall.
