Welcome to Nightingale Stitchery

I make small embroidered artworks designed to bring a little joy to everyday life.

Each piece is stitched by hand using cross stitch and embroidery techniques, then carefully mounted in vintage-style brass frames, transformed into bookmarks, or sewn into useful pieces such as drawstring bags and cushion covers.

I love objects that feel as though they have a story behind them – old love letters, secret messages, seaside souvenirs, sampler embroidery and tiny treasures tucked away in drawers. My framed fish and embroidered notes are inspired by these small, sentimental keepsakes.

Every item is made by me in small batches from my home studio in the UK, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
