Nicola Scott Designs was born out of my love for creating high-end, handcrafted accessories that make a statement. In 2020, I started making headbands and it quickly became an obsession. I love being able to express my creativity and bring new designs to life. Each and every one of my accessories is made with the utmost care and attention to detail, using only the finest materials.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Bespoke pieces (handmade for the customer) can not be refunded. If there are issues, please get in touch.
