I love to make.

I have always been a maker. My inspiration ranges from, the practical and functional, to the whimsical and eccentric.
Lockdown as with many i am sure, gave me time to reflect about what I want. It also gave me time to revisit the to do list!
So I set about opening an online shop, and putting in products that are reusable and practical.
My oilskin Bucket Totes were born.
Always eager to try new crafts, and spending more time in the garden in the evenings. I created my Macrame Candle holders.
Another light bulb moment, was watching an episode of Gardeners World. An interview with Christine Lewis whose garden is full of plants grown for natural dyeing.
We don't like to waste in our house either, and I love the cycle of things. so I set about some research and Avocados were a good start.
I felt a great sense of accomplishment. The process was slower, and the colours are beautiful, more intense somehow.
I was using fabric from my massive store, and garments that would of been thrown away.
Always experimenting and adding to my shop. I hope you like what I like.
