Scottie dog inspired wooden crafts

Hi, my name is Julia and I live in beautiful Scottish highlands with my husband and 2 Scottie dogs. I have spent the major part of my adult life living in a big crazy city and working crazy hours for big multinational companies.
As challenging and exciting as it was, I don’t think I was ever as happy as I feel every time I create something in my tiny shop, surrounded by tools and sawdust.

This passion for DIY and woodworking wasn’t a sudden discovery; I was always a very crafty child, from fence painting to sewing, to jewellery making, always ready to try any kind of DIY / craft work. If I wanted a dolls house, my grandpa would simply give me plywood scraps and nails and tell me to show him when it’s ready.

I’m incredibly lucky to have this opportunity in life to pursue my passion and devote time to what I love doing. Mostly I owe it to my extremely supporting husband.

I’m a strong believer, that if you create something with love, it carries those happy vibes to the new owners as well, and I’m happy to spread joy and happiness this way all around the world (as far as Royal mail can deliver of course
