Please allow some time as I have just become a mother for the first time.

To avoid delivery disappointments, all my items are tracked, which is reflected in the postage.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please be sure to read the entire description of the item before you buy as I do NOT offer refunds or exchanges, because I try to explain my item's description as much as I can.
