Buying from me
All items are designed, cut (on our own laser cutter) or 3d printed (on our in-house printer), assembled and sent from our workshop in Fakenham, North Norfolk. We try to get orders ready for shipping asap, please allow 3-5 working days for the item to be sent. We use Royal Mail, we will send you a confirmation of postage. We live and LOVE CUSTOM ORDERS so please- if you have designs or customization of our exiting design- send a message.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Payment
We accept paypal and credit/debit cards.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Shipping
We usually reserve the right to dispatch all parcels within 5 working days, however, most are dispatched within 24 hours of order.
All UK orders and International orders are capped at our lowest rate. UK orders are guaranteed in 5 days whereas international orders can take up to 10 days to arrive.
However please note that because we use the Royal Mail we are therefore bound by their shipping policies which mean that the above delivery timelines are mere guides and it may take up to 25 working days minus weekends and public holidays for a parcel to be delivered Internationally.
We therefore, cannot agree to any refunds and or redeliveries as well as replacements until the specified time has elapsed, nor can we agree to any refunds if standard shipping options have been chosen and parcels go missing.
Please be understanding of this and do not open any cases until this time frame has been met. If a case has been opened before the time frame is met we reserve the right to refuse any refunds, replacements and redeliveries.
Additionally, it is the buyer's explicit responsibility to keep their delivery addresses and vital information current and accurate before making any purchases with us, we reserve the right to refuse any refunds, replacements or redeliveries on orders with incorrect information held on file and associated with Folksy accounts.
We offer registered shipping with tracking numbers as a separate listing within our shop. This is the only way that we can agree to any refunds or replacements if an order does not get delivered to your door.
Please note that standard shipping - (Royal Mail First Class) only offers a basic service in that it only provides a shipping confirmation number and does not offer tracking numbers.
Please also note that if you choose standard shipping that you then also accept that if it is not delivered to you we cannot be held responsible for the loss.
We deem our responsibility to end at the point we send you a dispatch confirmation email which includes a shipping confirmation number which shows the pickup point and the delivery point of your order.
Therefore we reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements at our own discretion based on individual circumstances.
This includes all orders be they custom orders, regular in stock items and or sale items.
Refunds and Exchanges
As per distance selling regulation you have the right to a full refund within 14 days after delivery. We are happy to do so regardless of your reasons. Return shipping at the expense of the buyer.
Please note that this does not apply to custom made pieces as these are non-returnable & non-refundable, unless they are damaged in which case we will offer a replacement or full refund.
This same policy applies to end of line and sale items.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Buyer bears responsibility for the return shipping costs.

If you require a custom made piece please get in touch. It might take us few days to get everything done (design, cutting and assembly) but we will get there in the end!
Please note that due to the nature of customised orders, we are unable to offer refunds or returns unless the item has been damaged, missing or stolen. In which case we will grant a refund or replacement without hesitation.
