I accept custom orders and commissions within reason! Feel free to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you :)
I aim to ship orders as soon as possible, but due to chronic illness and a busy household this could take a bit longer than expected, but should be shipped between same day and within the same week/3 to 4 days of the order being placed. If you need quicker delivery do ask me!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you need quicker postage than my default yodel, let me know ideally before purchasing so i can adjust post cost so I'm not short on money. Otherwise I can try work something out :)
