- Natural gemstones may have imperfections. Minerals and crystals are natural materials, and it's normal for them to have mineral inclusions, cotton fibers, black spots, or cavities on the surface.
- Each mineral product is unique, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
- Item sold individually.
-It is important to note that all of our product photos are taken under natural light to ensure that the colour of the crystals closely matches their actual appearance when you receive them.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
