Buying from me
All of my items are handmade by me, in my little Cornish home.
I aim to ship items within 2-3 working days
If you see an item you like but in a different size and/or please don't hesitate to get in touch. If you do commission me to make an item for you I aim to get it to you within 3 weeks.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
