Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you are considering ordering a custom pet portrait, rest assured that I will work with you at every step, send lots of emails/work in progress photo's and keep you fully informed of progress to ensure you are completely happy.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for
custom or personalised orders.

Should there be a problem with anything you order, please notify me upon receipt of your items and I will work with you to rectify it as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
