Wecome to Millbank Soaps.
We started Millbank Soaps with the aim of offering luxurious bath and shower products at the best possible price whilst focusing on quality and customer service. We use only the finest ingredients and oils in our products and where possible always try to use local suppliers.
Most of our products are handmade by us so we know exactly what goes into them. None of our products are tested on animals, only family and friends, and all are suitable for vegetarians.
Based in Northamptonshire we are a small family business, run by Dave and Claire.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
