Orders placed will be shipped the next working day from the date ordered & cleared payment

PayPal is the only method of payment. You can pay via PayPal without signing up for a PayPal account, there is option below to pay via Credit / Debit Card. Payments should be made within 48 hours.

Items will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you need an item quickly, we can send this out at 1st Class - this may cost extra. At this time we currently do not ship internationally.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

At this time, Melusberry Crafts does not offer a returns or exchange policy, unless in exceptional circumstances.

We will try our best to secure your package so that this is not damaged when it arrives to your door. Once it is shipped from our HQ,, we take no responsibility for Royal Mail losing or damaging your item.
