Buying from me
All of my cards are handmade and unique and so they will all have their own characteristics and details. They will come with a matching white envelope and will be blank inside to allow you plenty of space to write a personal message.
I will ship within 3 working days. If you have any special requests please message me and if I can accommodate I will. I am unable to create custom orders.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
