Painting and Embroidering My Way Through Life

Hello! My name is Maryam and I am a 35 year old creater of things. Currently I make mixed media paintings and prints of photos I've taken, but I also love to paint landscapes and birds. I started painting during lockdown and am slowly growing a collection of mediums to experiment with.

My other love is emboirdery and I have been making anime characters, birds and all sorts of small hoops which should come up in my shop sooner or later.

I mostly work in my room, on my desk, with some background music or show on Netflix.

I love food, birds, anime and travelling. The colour yellow is my favourite. I love mangos and grocery stores.

My name is Maryam and I make things! During lockdown I started painting urban landscapes, using photographs I had taken as inspiration.

I love to paint small postcard sized pieces of video game and anime characters I love. I am trying to develop a unique style in this and love to use bold colours in my works.

I also embroider anime characters on things. I love to embroider birds and flowers too. Hopefully I will have some embroidery work up soon!
