We are MARS Design.. the home of playful modernist creations with an eco conscious.

MARS… that stands for Matthew And Rebecca’s Studio.

We create striking designs influenced by modernism but imbued with an environmental ethos.

We believe its possible to produce beautiful and useful objects without causing harm to our environment. The choices we make every step of the way, whether its where things are made, what materials and processes are used, to how they are transported and packaged all have an effect on our environment.

Rebecca has a background in architecture and theatre design whilst Matthew trained as a fine artist before embarking on a career in architecture. MARS is our joint venture, a lab where we can explore our love of modernist design and graphics, applied to everyday life. We live in South London, and work from our eco-bunker lab at home.
