With a little more time on my hands I have begun a new journey and opened my own design and craft studio where I can produce fantastic gifts for you to give to your loved ones. Welcome to my new shop! Over the past 3 years I have ran an online store selling personalised gifts for other companies. Now it's time to start the second part of my journey and open my own Design and Craft Studio. Making Memories will focus on personalised gifts made from Card, Vinyl, Wood and Leather. All of the gifts are made to order so I am happy to work with you on colour changes. I look forward to working with you all on my new adventure. Charlie xoxo

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

As all of my items are made to order we are only able to offer a refund or replacement if the item is faulty or if there is an error in the personalisation. If this does happen please contact me via email with a description and image.
