Every Lyla and Ro Ro order is lovingly handmade and personalised just for you. Each wooden block is carefully sanded, painted and finished by hand, making every piece unique. We offer custom colours and designs wherever possible, so please get in touch if you have something special in mind. Orders are carefully wrapped as gifts and dispatched within the stated processing time. Thank you for supporting our small family business!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
