Our mission is to create perfect urban bags and accessories designed to blend style and value.
Kalating was conceived in 2008 for the modern man (or the modern woman buying for her man) discerning in his taste and steadfast in his desire for quality. Each one of our bags are individually handcrafted using the finest cowhide. We believe that simple things are beautiful and to this end, use a natural tanning process that allows the leather’s character to come through. Paint and pigment have no place in our bags.
Our name is derived from the language “Ullatan”, which stands for ‘Continuous Improvement’. We create two new collections a year unwavering in our desire to see a better product for the savvy and sophisticated urban professional. Our products include messenger bags, briefcases, laptop bags and portfolio bags in tan, soft browns and black to inject some effortless style to your day.

Kalating London, with its idiosyncratic collection of leather accessories for men, assists to showcase the unique quirky imperfections in you. At Kalating world, it is all about personality. With our handsome range of men’s briefcases, there is a pick for every persona. When he is bold, Teak becomes his best match. For him with a rough make, Rowan is your best mate. If you are feeling a bit old school, you are thinking Italian vintage. For the one who always wants to look sleek and picture perfect, Leaque and Morus will give the finishing look for your frame. For the one who wants to stand out, the daring ones should definitely pair up with Sumac and Tanoak. Red Maple screams out of the box but Ramin keeps you blended in.

At Kalating, we are passionate about clever design. In addition, each one of our bags are individually handcrafted using the finest cowhide and the solid brass buckles used on our bags are individually sand cast and hand polished. The solid brass buckles and fittings enhance the natural look of our product as well as the durability of the product. Each bag is therefore, by its nature, “One of its kind”
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
