All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment and send out parcels via 1st class, signed, tracked or both. If you would like to purchase more than one item, please contact me for a postage quote
I hope you love your item but if for any reason you are not happy, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we can advise accordingly.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
