I am a gardener, creative soul and mother, living in the beautiful green hills just on the edge of the Peak District.
Environmental issues matter to me. Textile waste in particular makes my heart heavy. I’ve been looking at ways to reduce scraps from my own sewing projects but this only led to me discovering the true scale of the problem.
Charity shops are inundated with unsalable fast fashion which often ends up in landfill.
I created these kits to allow a small amount of that waste to be made into something beautiful and useful. And maybe even to replace plastic alternatives!!
